1. About LRTC and the Site
LRTC is a licensed provider of substance use disorder and related behavioral health treatment, based in California. The Site provides general information about our programs, services, and admissions process. Use of the Site does not create a healthcare provider–patient relationship, and information on the Site is not medical, legal, or financial advice. A provider relationship with LRTC begins only after formal admission.
2. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Information provided on the Site, including descriptions of programs, therapies, insurance benefits, FMLA, Short-Term Disability, legal support coordination, and outcomes, is general in nature. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, a legal opinion, or a benefits determination. Your specific situation, including whether treatment is appropriate for you, whether your insurance will cover care, and whether your leave rights apply, depends on your circumstances and must be evaluated individually. 3. No Guarantee of Outcome

17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without LRTC’s prior written consent. LRTC may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
